Glorious is a results-driven Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with a strong background in designing M&E systems, frameworks, data analysis, and reporting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.
Currently serving as an M&E Officer at Café Africa Uganda, Glorious plays a key role in supporting program teams to track progress, measure impact, and enhance performance through evidence-based strategies. With a passion for data-driven development, she helps organizations transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive accountability.
