Anna Elsie Luyiggo is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Specialist with a strong track record in gender and disability inclusion, climate resilience, youth empowerment, and peacebuilding. She currently serves as a Research Analyst at ASIGMA, where she leads participatory and context-sensitive evaluations across various sectors. Anna also currently serves as the President of the Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEE) – Uganda Chapter, where she advocates for meaningful youth engagement in evaluation processes. A PhD candidate in Leadership and active member of the Uganda Evaluation Association, she is passionate about advancing inclusive, community-led approaches that bridge global evaluation standards with African realities.
