
A results-oriented and passionate development practitioner with over 8 years of progressive experience in community development, project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and gender-focused programming. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, community mobilization, data analysis, and project reporting, with a strong track record of implementing impactful interventions across multiple districts in Uganda. She holds a bachelors’ degree in Adult and Community Education from Kyambogo University and a Post graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.
Currently serving as District Coordinator for the DREAMS (Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-Free, Mentored, and Safe) Program under the Nnaabagereka Development Foundation, she has led successful community initiatives including gender-based violence prevention campaigns, positive male masculinity programs, model home creation, and youth mentorship activities. She brings strong capabilities in coordinating with district leadership and other implementing partners to foster collaborative project implementation and sustainability.
